I have this long-term sub and I want them to email all my parents...

Need to share a contact list with a long-term sub or another teacher? Check out the process for sharing.

Teacher Sharing the Contact List
Open your email.
Click the Mail button in the upper left.
Click Contacts.

Find the email distribution list you want to share.
Click on that list so all the emails appear in the center of your screen.

1. Click More at the top of the screen.
2. Click Export.

Make sure you select only the group you want to export. It will default to All contacts and that is not what you want!
Click Export at the bottom of the screen.

You should see a downloaded file appear in the lower left of your screen.
Share this file with the person who needs that contact list.

Teacher Importing the Contact List
The teacher who needs the contact list opens their email.
Click on Mail in the upper left.
Click Contacts.

Click More at the top of the screen.
Click Import.

1. Click Choose File. Pick the file that was shared with you.
2. Click Import.

Click Find & merge duplicates. Should appear in the little pink bar.

Above is a sample email. All I did was type in the name of the contact list and all the emails just appear.

Save changes . That is it. Now your inbox will automatically alert people that you are not in your...
