What is Google Forms and what can it be used for?

Google Forms allows you to create quizzes, surveys, and analyze the results quickly. 

Getting Started with Google Forms

If you are new to forms I recommend using paper or a whiteboard to plan your first Google Form. I usually start with a question asking what you are planning to do with the results. If you know what you want to do then you know what questions you should ask.

Another good idea is when you finish your first form, fill it out yourself, and check the results. Will these results be enough to answer your question?
